Friends, Hyperlink, which has a short form link, is an HTML object that helps us to move from one page to another page when we click on it. The hyperlink is available on almost all web pages. In simple words, a Link is an HTML object that works to link two web pages.

In any web page, a link can be attached to the text, image, and other HTML objects. Generally, the color of the link is blue but you can change its color with the help of HTML and CSS. When a link is attached to any text, its color becomes blue and underline as well, but nowadays the underline is removed from all the websites so that the website's look looks good.
When the link is attached to any image and if you move the mouse cursor to that image which is called Hover in HTML then the size or effect of the image changes so that we know that the link is attached to it. Link example:

Friends! There are two types of Hyperlink total - Internal and External. But if you search about it on the internet, you will know about many links, so I am telling you about almost all the links.

Internal link

An internal link is a link that after clicking on any text, image and other HTML object gets redirected to another page within the same domain, meaning that another page of the same domain is opened.

When you open a website, then you must have seen that all the websites have a menu bar in which after clicking it gets redirected to another page, meaning that another page is open. This is called the internal link.


External link

An external link is said to be such a link which after clicking on it gets redirected from one domain to a specific domain that means another domain. A link that is added to another website for extra knowledge is called the External link.


Relative and Absolute Link


To understand this link, first of all, we give you two links:

A relative link is called a link that does not contain any domain name in the link that means a link that does not contain any domain name is called Relative link. We use a Relative link during the internal link when we have to link another page of our own website. An absolute link is a link that contains the domain name of any website that means that the link which contains the domain name is called Absolute link. Absolute link is generally used in the External link when we have to link another website. You are seeing in the second link above that the domain name is available due to which it is called Absolute link.


What is the difference between the outbound and inbound links?

An outbound link is a link that is redirected to another website after clicking on it, which means that the link that points from your website to a specific website or to another website is called an outbound link. Many people say that if you add an outbound link to your blog post, then your blog will be penalized by Google, but it is not so friends, if possible, add an outbound link in every post, which is SEO's It is better and if you are adding a link to another blog or website which is not popular then make it nofollow.


An inbound link is a link that comes to your website from another website, it is called an inbound link. An inbound link is also called backlink, which we get by commenting on another website. Google penalizes such a blog or website which has a much low-quality backlink.

The low-quality backlink is called a backlink that is coming from a low-quality website or blog that means that its traffic does not come very much and there is no blog or website related to your website. So never make too much low-quality backlink in the cycle of making backlink.
If you make a very low-quality backlink, then Google can penalize your blog and hide from your website or blog search engine.
