Google launched the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL smartphones at its Made by Google event held in New York City. As always, the most important feature of the new handset of the Pixel series is the camera itself. But this time Google has also given some unique features. Pixel 4 has a radar sensor. It was known as Project Soli during development. But now it is called Motion Sense. With the help of this technology, the smartphone supports air gestures. You can perform many tasks on the phone just by shaking hands.

The Google Pixel 4 is priced at $ 799 (about Rs 57,000) and the Google Pixel 4 XL will be sold for $ 899 (about Rs 64,000). The Pixel 4 handset will be available in Just Black, Clearly White and Oh So Orange Limited Edition color variants.

Now the most important news. The Pixel 4 series will not be launched in India. The company has issued a statement saying that its different types of products are made based on regions. The decision on availability is based on several factors. These include local trends and product features. Google has decided not to make Pixel 4 available in India.

With the help of Motion Sense, you can silence calls, alarms, and timers by just shaking hands. Many similar motion sense features are part of the phone. The smartphone also has a new voice recorder app that transcribes audio records. This feature is also available in Airplane mode. Currently, there is support for English only.

The Google Pixel 4 series handset has Snapdragon 855 processor, 6 GB RAM, and 90 Hz display. Among them is Google's Titan M Security Chip for better security. The handset out of the box of Google Pixel series will run on Android 10. These phones are guaranteed to get software and security updates for three years.

Google Pixel 4 has a 5.7-inch full-HD + OLED display. It comes with HDR support and 444 PPI pixel density. In Pixel 4 XL, the company has given a 6.3-inch QuadHD + screen. Both phones come with the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Both handsets are equipped with two rear cameras. The Pixel 4 Series has a 16-megapixel primary sensor (F / 2.4 aperture) and a 12.2-megapixel secondary camera (F / 1.7 aperture, 77-degree field of view). They also have 8-megapixel front cameras. Rear cameras can record 4K video. Front cameras are capable of recording 1080 pixels of video.

The Pixel 4 battery is 2,800 mAh while the Pixel 4 XL has a 3,700 mAh battery. Both phones come with an 18-watt fast charger. USB Type-C port is available for connectivity. The box also has a USB Type-C to Type-C cable converter. Both phones have a Nano-SIM slot. There is also support for e-SIM for dual SIM connectivity.
